Performance and screening behaviour:

By using different materials and varying the geometry, the screen basket can be individually matched to the application in terms of throughput and service life.

This resistant steel of the A-option guarantees a long tool life. As it is less sensible to wear due to the additional hardness, it is perfect for use in demanding application scenarios.

For proper screening of the input material, the cutouts of the screen basket are round and have a diameter of 17mm each. The width of the spaces between them is 8mm each.

General characteristics:

In order to withstand the above-mentioned application conditions, the screen basket was produced with a sheet thickness of 15mm and a width of exactly 805mm.
