By using different materials and varying the geometry, the screen basket can be individually configured to the area of application in terms of throughput and tool life.

This resistant steel of the A-variation guarantees a long service life. As it is less sensitive to wear due to the additional hardness, it is perfect for using it in demanding application areas.

To screen the input properly, the surface of this screen basket has honeycombed holes. These have a width across flats of over 100mm. The margin width between the individual cutouts is 18mm.

To meet the application conditions, the screen basket has a sheet thickness of 25mm. Moreover, the product with a width of 2900mm is used in the shredder.
