To process the input reliably, the perforated surface of the screen basket is provided with square cutouts. These holes each measure 100 by 100mm. The margins between them have a total width of 24mm.
Furthermore, this screen basket is equipped with chip breakers to optimally crush the input material. These are primarily used in applications with wood. The reason for this is that pieces of input material that are already narrow enough to fall through the perforations but are still too long are retained in the machine until they have reached the desired degree of size reduction.
General Characteristics:
To meet the application conditions, the screen basket has a sheet thickness of 25mm. In addition, the article with a width of 340mm is used in the shredding machine.
