By using different materials and varying the shape, the screen basket can be individually matched to the area of application in terms of throughput and longevity.

The additional hardness of the Hardox steel makes this product precisely fitting for operational scenarios with high demands on wear. This ensures a longer tool life and thus secures durability.

This screen basket processes the input with circular holes. Distributed over the surface, these consistently measure a diameter of 15mm each. The margins between the perforations have a width of 6mm.

General Characteristics:

The product presented has a width of 500mm and can therefore be perfectly installed in the recycling machine. A sheet thickness of 10mm provides, that the screen basket meets the application conditions.
