By using different materials and varying the shape, the screen basket can be individually customized to the operational scenario in terms of throughput and durability.

This A-option is an ideal choice in terms of service life. It can withstand high wear conditions due to its extra hardness and abrasion insensitivity. It is made out of insensitive Hardox steel.

For proper screening of the input, the cutouts of the screen basket are round and have a diameter of 8mm each. The width of the spaces between them is 4mm each.

General characteristics:

The article shown has a width of 594mm and can thus be perfectly installed in the shredding machine. A sheet thickness of 5mm guarantees, that the screen basket meets the application conditions.
