Both the geometry and the material used for constructing have a significant influence on the resistance and durability of the screen basket.

The additional hardness of the Hardox steel makes this spare part precisely fitting for applications with high demands on wear. This provides a longer lifetime and therefore secures longevity.

To enable the screen basket to process the input material reliably, this screen basket has round holes. Furthermore, the diameter of each hole is 12mm and the spaces between the cutouts are 5mm each.

General characteristics:

In order to tolerate the above-mentioned application conditions, the screen basket was produced with a sheet thickness of 5mm and a width of exactly 594mm.
