This A-variant is an ideal choice in terms of tool life. It can be exposed to high wear conditions due to its extra hardness and abrasion resistance. It is made out of insensitive Hardox steel.

To enable the screen plate to process the input properly, this screen plate has circular cutouts. In addition, the diameter of each hole is 24mm and the spaces between the perforations are 10mm each.

General Characteristics:

As the screen plate does not require any additional upgrades, the screen plate has a sheet thickness of over 10mm. On top of that, the width of the spare part presented measures 1000mm.
