Detailed description

Screen plate SYMW1120-AR20W from CUTMETALL for shredding machines from Mewa/Ehehalt/Andritz Mewa/THM

Compatibility with machines:

The screen plate is a perfect fit for the MEWA UG series from the brand Mewa/Ehehalt/Andritz Mewa/THM.

Performance and screening behaviour:

In terms of throughput and service life, the efficiency of the screen plate can be adjusted by influencing it with different materials and a variance in shape.

This A-option is an ideal choice in terms of longevity. It can be exposed to high wear conditions due to its extra hardness and abrasion insensitivity. It is made out of resistant Hardox steel.

For proper screening of the input material, the perforations of the screen plate are round and have a diameter of 20mm each. The width of the margin between them is 10mm each.

General Characteristics:

To meet the application requirements, the screen plate has a sheet thickness of 10mm. Moreover, the spare part with a width of 1120mm is used in the recycling machine.
