By using different materials and varying the shape, the screen plate can be individually configured to the area of application in terms of throughput and durability.

This A-option is an excellent choice in terms of tool life. It can be exposed to high wear conditions due to its extra hardness and abrasion insensitivity. It is made out of resistant Hardox steel.

To screen the input material properly, the perforated surface of the screen plate is provided with square perforations. These holes each measure 12 by 12mm. The margins between them have a total width of 6mm.

General Characteristics:

While processing, the screen plate works with a sheet thickness of 6mm. In addition, the screen plate is inserted with a width of 1240mm in the described shredders.
