This A-variation is an excellent choice in terms of service life. It can be exposed to high wear conditions due to its additional hardness and abrasion insensitivity. It is made out of resistant Hardox steel.

To enable the screen plate to process the input material reliably, this screen plate has circular holes. Furthermore, the diameter of each hole is 27mm and the margin widths between the cutouts are 10mm each.

The accuracy of fit of the screen plate is based on the width of 1600mm and a sheet thickness of 10mm. This means that the article shown can be installed suitably in the respective shredding machine.
