The screen plate is suitable for the MEWA UG model from the machine manufacturer Mewa/Ehehalt/Andritz Mewa/THM.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

The efficiency of the screen plate depends primarily on both the material variation and the geometry.

This insensitive steel of the A-variant guarantees a long tool life. As it is less sensitive to wear due to the extra hardness, it is perfect for use in demanding application areas.

This screen plate processes the input material with round cutouts. Distributed over the surface, these consistently measure a diameter of 20mm each. The spaces between the holes have a width of 8mm.

 

General Characteristics:

In order to take the above-mentioned application conditions, the screen plate was manufactured with a sheet thickness of 10mm and a width of exactly 1600mm.
