Both the shape and the material used for constructing have a significant effect on the resistance and service life of the screen plate.

This resistant steel of the A-variation promises a long tool life. As it is less sensible to wear due to the extra hardness, it is perfect for using it in demanding application scenarios.

The round cutouts of the screen plate have a diameter of 40mm each. This allows the input to be screened reliably. The spaces of the perforated surface measure 10mm each.

General Characteristics:

The item presented has a width of 1600mm and can therefore be perfectly installed in the shredder. A sheet thickness of 10mm provides, that the screen plate meets the application requirements.
