The performance of the screen plate depends largely on both the material variation and the geometry.

This A-variation is an ideal choice in terms of tool life. It can withstand high wear conditions due to its additional hardness and abrasion insensitivity. It is made out of insensitive Hardox steel.

To enable the screen plate to process the input reliably, this screen plate has round holes. Moreover, the diameter of each hole is 40mm and the margin widths between the cutouts are 12mm each.

General Characteristics:

As the screen plate does not require any additional upgrades, the screen plate has a sheet thickness of over 10mm. On top of that, the width of the spare part shown measures 1705mm.
