By using different materials and varying the shape, the screen plate can be individually configured to the operational scenario in terms of throughput and longevity.

The additional hardness of the Hardox steel makes this variation exactly fitting for applications with high demands on wear. This provides a longer service life and thus secures durability.

To enable the screen plate to screen the input material properly, this screen plate has circular cutouts. Moreover, the diameter of each hole is 15mm and the spaces between the holes are 7mm each.

General Characteristics:

As the screen plate does not require any additional upgrades, the screen plate has a sheet thickness of over 10mm. On top of that, the width of the product shown measures 1705mm.
