The screen plate is an exact fit for the MEWA UG model series from the brand Mewa/Ehehalt/Andritz Mewa/THM.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

The performance of the screen plate depends primarily on both the material variation and the shape.

This A-variant is an ideal choice in terms of durability. It can withstand high wear conditions due to its additional hardness and abrasion insensitivity. It is made out of resistant Hardox steel.

To enable the screen plate to process the input properly, this screen plate has circular holes. Additionally, the diameter of each hole is 25mm and the margin widths between the perforations are 9mm each.

 

General Characteristics:

In order to withstand the above-mentioned application conditions, the screen plate was produced with a sheet thickness of 10mm and a width of exactly 1705mm.
