Compatibility with machines:

This screen plate is primarily designed for the MEWA UG model series from Mewa/Ehehalt/Andritz Mewa/THM.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

The performance of the screen plate depends predominantly on both the material variation and the geometry.

This A-option is an ideal choice in terms of service life. It can withstand high wear conditions due to its extra hardness and abrasion resistance. It is made out of resistant Hardox steel.

To enable the screen plate to process the input material properly, this screen plate has round holes. Furthermore, the diameter of each hole is 30mm and the margin widths between the cutouts are 10mm each.

 

General Characteristics:

The item shown has a width of 1750mm and can thus be suitably installed in the shredder. A sheet thickness of 10mm guarantees, that the screen plate meets the application conditions.
