Compatibility with machines:

This screen plate is primarily designed for the MEWA UG series from Mewa/Ehehalt/Andritz Mewa/THM.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

Both the geometry and the material used for constructing have a decisive impact on the resistance and service life of the screen plate.

This A-variation is an ideal choice in terms of durability. It can withstand high wear conditions due to its extra hardness and abrasion insensitivity. It is made out of insensitive Hardox steel.

For reliable screening of the input material, the perforations of the screen plate are round and have a diameter of 50mm each. The width of the margin between them is 15mm each.

 

General Characteristics:

To meet the application conditions, the screen plate has a sheet thickness of 10mm. As well, the spare part with a width of 1705mm is used in the machine.
