By using different materials and varying the geometry, the screen plate can be individually configured to the application in terms of throughput and lifespan.

The additional hardness of the Hardox steel makes this option precisely fitting for operational scenarios with high demands on wear. This ensures a longer service life and therefore secures longevity.

This screen plate screens the input material with circular holes. Distributed over the surface, these consistently measure a diameter of 8mm each. The margins between the cutouts have a width of 4.2mm.

General characteristics:

The product presented has a width of 305mm and can thus be suitably installed in the recycling machine. A sheet thickness of 4mm provides, that the screen plate meets the application requirements.
