Both the geometry and the material used for constructing have a significant effect on the insensitivity and lifetime of the screen plate.

The additional hardness of the Hardox steel makes this option exactly fitting for applications with high demands on wear. This provides a longer tool life and therefore guarantees durability.

For proper processing of the input material, the perforations of the screen plate are round and have a diameter of 58mm each. The width of the margin between them is 10mm each.

General Characteristics:

In use, the screen plate works with a sheet thickness of 10mm. As well, the screen plate is inserted with a width of 402mm in the described shredding machine.
