In terms of throughput and tool life, the performance of the screen plate can be adjusted by influencing it with different materials and a variance in geometry.

The material is made of wear-resistant stainless steel. Accordingly, the screen plate is optimally used in demanding application areas with high wear requirements.

To enable the screen plate to process the input reliably, this screen plate has circular cutouts. Furthermore, the diameter of each hole is 4mm and the spaces between the perforations are 2mm each.

In order to tolerate the above-mentioned application conditions, the screen plate was produced with a sheet thickness of 4mm and a width of exactly 641mm.
