By using different materials and varying the shape, the screen plate can be individually matched to the area of application in terms of throughput and longevity.

This insensitive steel of the A-option provides a long service life. As it is less sensible to wear due to the extra hardness, it is ideal for use in demanding application areas.

This screen plate is provided with square cutouts. These have dimensions of 8 by 8mm. The spaces between the perforations have a web width of over 4mm.

As the screen plate does not require any additional upgrades, the screen plate has a sheet thickness of over 5mm. On top of that, the width of the spare part shown measures 688mm.
