The performance of the screen plate depends predominantly on both the variant and the geometry.

The additional hardness of the Hardox steel makes this variation precisely fitting for application areas with high demands on wear. This ensures a longer service life and therefore secures longevity.

For proper screening of the input, the cutouts of the screen plate are round and have a diameter of 8mm each. The width of the spaces between them is 4mm each.

General characteristics:

In order to withstand the above-mentioned application conditions, the screen plate was manufactured with a sheet thickness of 5mm and a width of exactly 852mm.
