Both the geometry and the material used for constructing have a decisive impact on the resistance and longevity of the screen plate.

This A-option is an ideal choice in terms of tool life. It can be exposed to high wear conditions due to its extra hardness and abrasion insensitivity. It is made out of insensitive Hardox steel.

For proper screening of the input material, the perforations of the screen plate are round and have a diameter of 12mm each. The width of the margin between them is 4mm each.

General characteristics:

The product presented has a width of 996mm and can therefore be suitably installed in the shredder. A sheet thickness of 6mm provides, that the screen plate meets the application conditions.
