The extra hardness of the Hardox steel makes this variant perfect for applications with high demands on wear. This ensures a longer life span and thus secures durability.

To enable the screen plate to process the input material reliably, this screen plate has circular holes. In addition, the diameter of each hole is 12mm and the spaces between the cutouts are 5mm each.

In use, the screen plate works with a sheet thickness of 6mm. Furthermore, the screen plate is installed with a width of 996mm in the described recycling machine.
