The performance of the screen basket depends predominantly on both the material variation and the geometry.

The extra hardness of the Hardox steel makes this product perfect for applications with high demands on wear. This ensures a longer tool life and therefore secures longevity.

To enable the screen basket to screen the input reliably, this screen basket has round cutouts. Moreover, the diameter of each hole is 45mm and the margin widths between the perforations are 12mm each.

General Characteristics:

In use, the screen basket works with a sheet thickness of 10mm. Moreover, the screen plate is installed with a width of 1000mm in the described shredding machine.
