Here we offer you an applicable combination of resistance to wear and tear and toughness at the same time.

Components of this variation are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains the same from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its tool life.

We highlight that this version should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the stator knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

Fastening in the machine:

When attaching the stator knife, please assure that it is only adapted to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
