The spare part shown is made of tool steel in the X-variant, which is our standard option for most application areas. The hardness of this stator knife is in the medium range.

Here we offer you a suitable combination of resistance to wear and toughness at the same time.

In this version, the items are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the stator knife wears steadily over its lifespan.

Hardfacing or welding on this variation should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be significantly weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

The stator knife is 199.5mm long, 57mm wide and 14mm high.

Its cutting edge is inclined at 75°/45°.
