The product presented is made of tool steel in the X-option, which is our standard version for most application scenarios. The hardness of this stator knife is in the medium range.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between resistance to wear and toughness simultaneously.

Spare parts of this variant are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains the same from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its life span.

However, this option must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the components. Consequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

Fastening in the machine:

When attaching, please also ensure that the support of the knives is in a flat condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
