Knives made in this Y-variant will increase the tool life of your item. Due to the hardness the susceptibility to impurities is higher, which makes it easier to break.

Components of this variation are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains consistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its life cycle.

Hardfacing or welding on this option should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be seriously weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

Fastening in the machine:

When attaching the stator knife, please ensure that it is only applied to knife holders or knife crossbars with an intact contact surface in order to prevent breakage.

The measurements of the stator knife are 418mm long, 70mm wide and 13mm high.

The inclination of the cutting edge is 75°.
