Spare parts of this variation are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains consistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its life span.

We underline that this variation should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative impact on the material structure of the stator knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

The cutting tool measures 490mm in length, 85mm in width and 16mm in height.

The inclination of the cutting edge is 75°.
