In this version, the products are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the stator knife wears evenly over its lifespan.

However, this option must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the spare parts. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

Fastening in the machine:

It is imperative that the stator knife is only affixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with ideal supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
