This X-variation stator knife is made of tool steel and corresponds to the standard version in most applications. Consequently, it has a medium hardness.

Here we offer you a perfect combination of resistance to wear and toughness at the same time.

Cutting tools of this option are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains the same from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its life span.

However, this version must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the products. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.
