This spare part shown is made of tool steel in the X-version, which is our standard variation for most operational scenarios. The hardness of this stator knife is in the medium range.

Here we offer you an applicable combination of insensitivity to wear and toughness at the same time.

In this option, the products are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the stator knife wears evenly over its lifetime.

We highlight that this version should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative impact on the material structure of the stator knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

Fastening in the machine:

When installing, please also ensure that the support of the knives is in a flat condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
