This stator knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-variant, which is the standard option in most break down applications.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between insensitivity to wear and toughness simultaneously.

Cutting tools of this version are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains consistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its life span.

We underline that this variation should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative impact on the material structure of the stator knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.
