In the X-variation, the stator knife is made of tool steel, which is our standard version in most applications. It is defined by a medium hardness.

Here we offer you a perfect combination of resistance to wear and tear and toughness at the same time.

Items of this option are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains the same from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its tool life.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is important not to armour or weld on this type, as it will significantly weaken the structure.
