Loacker Recycling GmbH, headquartered in Wonfurt, specializes in the recycling of cables and metals. They operate one of the largest equipment for cable and metal processing in the German-speaking world. With mature processes, the company can offer the customer optimum material quality at any time and thus work economically and process optimised.
Since 1997, cable recycling has been made at the site in Wonfurt and currently 25 employees are employed. In a 3-shift operation, the employees take care of up to 22,000 bins of input material annually on approx. 11,000 m ² company premises. The raw material, which is delivered from Germany, Switzerland and Austria, is processed in the factory in 4 cutting mills and 4 crushers for optimum output material..

The challenge
The biggest challenge of Loacker Recycling GmbH is the foreign metals that land as foreign bodies in the input material for recycling.
